The reset. Baseboards, inside the oven and fridge, cabinet fronts, light fixtures, grout, window sills, the places a regular clean skips.
Move-in & move-out
Empty-house clean to get your deposit back or start fresh in a new place. Inside every cabinet and drawer.

If something's missed, text us a photo within 24 hours and we come back and fix it. Free. No forms, no debate.
Your rules in your house
Shoes off, pets in or out, rooms that are off-limits, products you prefer. Tell us once; it's on your file every visit.
On time, or you hear first
You get a two-hour arrival window. If we're running late, you get a text before the window starts, not after.
No contracts
Pay per visit. Pause for a vacation, skip a week, or stop anytime with a text.
Who's coming to your door

Whatch is two family names, Waiane and Hatch, put together. It's a small team based in Orem, run by Rose and Louise with Eric Hatch, the owner of Roky Mtn Builders. Small means you get the same two people, not a rotating crew, and when you text, a real person answers.
We started this because every remodel we finished ended the same way: a homeowner standing in a beautiful new kitchen, too tired to clean it. So now we do that part too. Our name is on it, so we watch over your house like it's ours.

Questions
Things people ask before they book
How much does it cost?
It depends on the size of your home and how often we come. Text us three or four photos and you'll have a flat price within the hour. Recurring visits cost less per visit than one-time cleans.
Do I need to be home?
No. Most of our customers leave a door code or a key in a lockbox. We lock up and text you a photo when we're done.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes, everything, including the vacuum. If you'd rather we use your products, say so when you book, and we will.
What about pets?
We love them. Tell us their names and whether they stay in or out, and we'll follow your lead.
How do I pay?
By card, text link, or Venmo after each visit. No deposits, no contracts.
What if I'm not happy?
Text us a photo within 24 hours and we come back and fix it for free. If we can't make it right, you don't pay for that visit.
